EnvisionWare, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Account Manager. This position is part of the Sales Team and is responsible for collaboration with the Regional Manager. This is primarily an inside sales position and could involve limited travel. The applicant may live in Atlanta to work in the Company's headquarters near the Gwinnett Civic Center or may work from home in a location that can easily maintain contact with customers in the region. The primary responsibility is to sell EnvisionWare solutions to an existing customer base in the territory, answer general sales inquiries from customers and resellers, and assist sales staff with other sales-related issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales support activities for the Regional Manager.
- Sell solutions into existing customer base.
- Meet add-on projected sales goals.
- Notify resellers of customer needs for add-on products and ensure reseller follow up.
- Provide price quotations to existing direct sales customers
- Communicate with registered users to ensure complete customer satisfaction with the Company, products, and services.
- Maintain Customer Relationship Database for accounts in territory.
- Perform research to obtain thorough and accurate contact and account information.
- Enter and track sales opportunities and leads to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information to prospective customers
- Research competitive products.
- Provide web demonstrations of products to potential customers.
- Ensure rapid follow up to customer inquiries and maintain consistent commitment to maintaining customer maintenance and support relationships
- May attend regional conferences or visit customers - infrequent travel
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely processing of customer orders
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in use of Windows operating system and Windows applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar applications.
- Able to learn and apply new skills quickly.
- Able to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Able to follow instructions and plans created by others.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Associates Degree preferred.
