Envisionaries:

The library created a team called 'Envisionaries' who were responsible for adapting the library's policies and procedures to an automated system. The team created a strategic plan for deployment, training, and promotion. Shown here is the result of restructuring some library space in a branch, and the high visibility signs that lead users to proper locations for sign up and printing.
