RFID Gates
RFID is a great solution when the right equipment is installed by professionals. Not all gates are equal. EnvisionWare RFID and Hybrid gates are built to be tuned to their environment so that they respond to tags in all orientations and heights. Consistently interrogating tens of thousands of tag security bits in INDUSTRY STANDARD tags day after day requires high quality engineering.

* Prior to installation, EnvisionWare will take electrical interference measurements. In the event that electric door closers or other apparatus causes interference, it may require gates to be installed more than 12 inches from the door.

Up to 4 gates can be installed to a control unit which is mounted on the wall adjacent to the gates.
The maximum cable distance from any gate to the control unit is 196 inches

In a typical installation, conduit or floor raceway is installed from the control unit to the first gate then from the first gate to the second gate and so forth. The gate system operates as a self-contained solution. There is no LAN wiring or other connection made to any external devices.
