EnvisionWare System Monitor

| An exciting new FREE product is about to be released as part of the next I-Link release.
EnvisionWare System Monitor (ESM) is a new application that replaces the former Diagnostic Utility but adds new functionality. In the first release, the ESM will display errors and alerts generated by RFIDLink and I-Link. Future releases will monitor all other EnvisionWare applications on each computer. An integrated log and inventory algorithm will package EnvisionWare application logs along with a computer software and hardware inventory. Invoking with a special command and entering your Customer Center credentials will permit the logs to be uploaded directly into a Support Case.
The goals are proactive monitoring and support and dramatically improved support capabilities for all EnvisionWare products. |
