EnvisionWare and Tech Logic
Announce APAC Partnership

Melbourne, Australia Gary Kirk, Executive Director of Tech Logic, and Jo-Anne Shaw, Director of Asia Pacific Operations for EnvisionWare, announced today that they have signed an agreement to collaborate in the Asia Pacific region.

EnvisionWare’s Renaissance RFID system will be complemented by Tech Logic’s Automated Materials Handling systems to provide Asia Pacific customers with an end-to-end solution that directly addresses the needs of Australian and New Zealand libraries. Said Shaw, “EnvisionWare’s customers will be offered a remarkable solution with Tech Logic’s sorting system coupled with our RFID technology. The Tech Logic UltraSort system in use at Brisbane City Council Libraries, includes Tech Logic’s “Hands Free” book dump, loader/unloader bin sorting and 180 cart sort locations. There are technical advantages to the system that are of particular interest to our customers and a collaborative support infrastructure ensures that our customers will receive exceptional service from a remarkably reliable solution.”

Said Kirk, “We are pleased to be able to expand our Automated Materials Handling sales reach in the Asia Pacific region through this exciting new partnership. I believe there are no two companies better suited to provide these services to libraries than Tech Logic and EnvisionWare. Importantly, Tech Logic will continue to provide its own “CircIT” driven “FlexCheck” self check out product line while supporting EnvisionWare with our dual line of automated material handling systems; “QuickSort and UltraSort”. Tech Logic’s AMH solutions are flexible, scalable. Our solutions are in use globally in small, medium and large systems. Tech Logic will provide this support to EnvisionWare through our Australasian sales office, based in Melbourne.”

The companies share a common vision for technology and customer service. By bringing the expertise of two technology and service leaders together, Australasian libraries will be offered an unparalleled opportunity to automate their libraries with turnkey solutions that operate seamlessly in a unified system.
