From the staff perspective, Millcirc works like it always has, except that RFID tag reading is seamlessly integrated along side your current barcode scanner. There's nothing new to learn because Millcirc is the only interface. And if you prefer the native self check out/check in system from Innovative instead of one offered by EnvisionWare, the I-Link software makes it work just as seamlessly as Millcirc. This system requires the Innovative Item Status API. I-Link and the Item Status API are one solution, but EnvisionWare is a company of choice. If you want an alternative approach, you can use EnvisionWare self-service circulation systems (software or software/hardware) and select a different approach to staff integration.
