Right out of college I got my start at Jamex, Inc., an EnvisionWare partner, in the accounting department in 2004. My "bubbly" personality earned me a position in the sales department in the mere span of 6 months. I spent the next year and a half learning about library and commercial business payment solutions. During this time, I was introduced to and began selling EnvisionWare LPT:One™ and PC Reservation® software to libraries, copier dealers and business centers. I found that I really enjoyed working with libraries and attending my first 2004 Midwinter ALA in San Diego sealed my love for this industry. The rest is history.
I am particularly excited about the work I have done with staff at Central Arkansas on an RFID system; Mercer County (KY) where our computer and financial manageent and RFID systems are helping public services; Paul Sawyier Public Library that I helped migrate to EnvisionWare RFID; and Ocean County (NJ), Gloucester County Library System, Eastern Shore Regional Library System (MD), Fayetteville (AR) Reading Public Library (PA) who are new users of EnvisionWare computer and financial management solutions. Reading is my hometown and I enjoy hearing from friends who visit the library and talk about their software experiences. When I go to conferences and have the opportunity to meet customers that I may have helped via the telephone or a web presentation, I am often met with the same enthusiasm I feel for my new customer. Consulting and selling to libraries is more like fun and friendship than work.
Based on my 10 years experience in the library industry, I have developed the ability to craft the perfect self-service solution for any library, large or small. EnvisionWare has given me a great outlet with lots of options to offer customers, products I can stand behind, a family work environment and a focus on customer satisfaction as well as innovation. Working with me, you will be guaranteed an upbeat, and fun experience as well as stellar customer service.
