Introducing Ken Evans…EnvisionWare welcomes Ken Evans as the Sales Consultant for Western North America. Ken joins EnvisionWare from Bibliotheca ITG where he was Vice President of Sales. In this role, Ken is responsible for managing customer relationships in the West and helping customers and prospective customers determine the right technology solutions for their libraries. He replaces John Himes who was promoted to Director of Sales and Library Business Development. “Ken is the right person to manage our library relationships in the West,” said Himes. “He is a true professional and brings a wealth of industry and technology knowledge. Most important, we share a deep commitment to customer service and a dedication to helping libraries.” Prior to Bibliotheca ITG, Ken spent over 25 years at Hewlett-Packard Co., where he focused on customer support and service for the company’s global operations. Positions included directing a 4,500-employee customer response center and managing product-quality initiatives across multiple divisions in order to manage warranty costs. “Throughout my career, I have gravitated to roles where customer relationships and service are the primary focus,” said Evans. “EnvisionWare has a great reputation for caring about quality and customer support. I look forward to working with the team to enhance and expand our library partnerships in the West.” |
