Feature requests may be submitted by registered users or prospective users under a special expanded evaluation program. The vast majority of features in EnvisionWare products come from user input. Features are evaluated by a group on a regular basis and rated according to several criteria including benefit and impact on the customer base, complexity, cost, and so forth. Careful attention is paid to all kinds of requests to ensure that even the slightest of requests for very small libraries receives attention. Many factors impact on the timing and particularly at this point is the migration to EnvisionWare Next Generation. As much as possible, all new features are being deferred to ENG so that the development teams can include your requests in the new product. Avoiding the need to duplicate a feature in current generation and Next Generation code saves considerable time and results in a much higher degree of reliability.
