Redesigned User Interface, Powerful New Management Features

The new release of the Tablet Station, powered by Hublet, is packed with features and functionality that make it even easier and more intuitive for patrons to use and staff to manage. We invite you to the EnvisionWare booth #1936 at PLA to try out the new release and discover how the Tablet Station can help you expand access to your digital materials while easing the burden on staff.

  • Newly Designed User Interface: The new interface makes it easier for patrons to find the information and resources they’re looking for.
  • Post Dynamic Content: A new Posts feature provides a custom area for you to prominently promote materials, library events, and news.
  • Intuitive “Category” Layout: Now you can organize content into easy-to-understand categories, such as games, books and news, to make the user experience even more intuitive. The customizable categories have a prominent title area and explanations, making it easier for patrons to discover information and content.
  • Apps Feature: You can now mark apps as “recommended “ and highlight the apps you think are of interest to your users, based on their profile.
  • Google Play Store Integration: This new release provides the ability to search and add apps directly from the Google Play Store. Apps will update automatically, without requiring any manual action.
  • Easier Staff Management: The redesigned management console makes it even faster and easier for staff:
  • Remote Management: New remote actions include the ability to reboot tablets and perform a factory reset.
  • Profile Settings: Tablets can be configured to use a specific WiFi network, based on profiles.
