Meet Max Levine-Poch!
Ask Max Levine-Poch, Director of Customer Care & Professional Services, why he joined EnvisionWare and the answer is simple – he wanted to make a real impact in a space that matters. After years in product, program, and project leadership roles at companies like Hudson’s Bay, Walmart, and Canadian Tire, Max was looking for something that combined innovation with purpose and EnvisionWare checked all the boxes.
“EnvisionWare is a company that helps libraries serve their communities better, and that really resonated with me,” said Max. “What I love about working in the public library space is the sense of mission. Libraries aren’t just about books, they’re about connection, equity, and lifelong learning. As a former high school teacher (languages and social studies)-turned-technologist, my dream was to work somewhere where there was a synthesis of learning and future forward thinking & planning. I was honestly surprised by how tech-forward libraries are today, from self-service solutions to digital access programs. It’s inspiring to see how they adapt to meet evolving community needs, and I’m proud to be part of that journey.”
His vision for the Customer Care & Professional Services department is to be proactive, not just reactive. “That means anticipating customer needs, delivering seamless solutions, and being known for responsiveness, expertise, and empathy. We’ll keep listening, learning, and using data to continuously improve the experience for our customers.”
