Employee Spotlight: Christine Sink, Director of Customer Care

For Christine Sink, EnvisionWare’s new Director of Customer Care, life is all about making connections. “I place a high value on my connections with people, both personally and professionally,” says Sink. “I enjoy learning about people – their backgrounds, cultures and experiences. Understanding our similarities and what makes us unique inspires me to approach my connections with people with empathy and a broader perspective.”

It is this passion for engaging with people that drew Christine to a career in customer support. Originally a chemistry major, Christine started her career in forensic science but soon found the laboratory environment was too isolating. She transitioned to customer support and has spent over a decade in software support for a variety of industries.

The dedication and longevity of EnvisionWare’s Customer Care team, combined with the opportunity to support public libraries, is what drew her to her new role at EnvisionWare. Although new to the role, Christine has already established improvements in customer communications to make it easier for customers to connect with the Support team.

“My goal is to bring fresh energy and focus to our customer relationships, ensuring that we’re not just meeting expectations but exceeding them at every opportunity,” said Christine.

When not working, Christine can be found getting together with friends, kayaking, doing yoga and participating in her local book club in St. Petersburg, Florida.
